Warranty: All items come with a limited 14-day warranty and are guaranteed against DOA, unless otherwise specified. We will not accept non-defective items unless it is not as described in the auction. Items that are damaged, altered, or misused or the like by the buyer or any user will void the warranty. Buyer must inform the seller within the warranty period of any defects or problems. Failure to do so will void your warranty. Shipping & Handling: Shipping & handing to be calculated and based upon your location. International buyers are welcome. However, I request that you email me prior to bidding. Some packages may require special handling. For local pick-ups, items can be picked up in Irving, Texas during our normal business hours. Most packages are shipped via UPS or USPS and will be shipped within 5 days after payment for the merchandise is received and confirmed, unless otherwise specified. Some items may require extra time and we will do our best to inform you if it is not possible to ship the item(s) within 5 days. We only ship Monday through Friday, for special shipping additional fees may apply. I will not ship the product on your account under any circumstances. Insurance and Returns: Insurance is the responsibility of the customer; JT Computer does not hold itself liable for shipping damage to merchandise. Insurance must be purchased and paid for when payment is due. All items are considered property of the buyer upon release to the carrier. Warranty is valid upon customer receipt of item. We will not cover any items returned because of buyer's remorse, incorrect purchase, or items that are damaged, altered, or misused by the buyer or any user. All defective items under warranty stated above must contact a JT Computer Marketing sales representative for RMA Authorization prior to shipping the item back to the seller. Buyer agrees to incur the costs of shipping the item back to the seller in the event that an RMA is issued. Products not covered by the warranty will not be issued an RMA and will be refused if they are shipped or taken back to JT Computer.
