There is no non printed clear area that could possibly bubble up. Steps are ... 1) Cut sheet into individual stickers. Not on final edge, but just squarely around them. 2) Peel backing off decal. 3) Place and push decal smoothly into position.4) Remove or peel off protective film from pre-cut decal for final look.
