Description: WWII Bayonet This is an original WWII Carbine bayonet, dating from late-1944 to 1945. The cross guard showcases a "flaming bomb" ordnance department proof, as well as the "U.S. CAMILLUS" manufacturer's marking, while the pommel is marked with a "T". The grips are unfortunately missing and the hardware exhibits signs of re-parkerization, making this an ideal candidate for restoration. Overall, it measures approximately 11", with a 6.25" blade.
