Description: _________________________________________ pub by Folio society with permission from George Allen & Unwin. Translated by T,W,Clark (with an introduction by him) & Tarapada Mukherji. 12 lithographs by Janet Archer . In an almost mint slip case although there is marking across one end & a suspicion of fingerprints along the sides; binding is paper boards with a hessian type topping. This is mint with some catching threads around the paper spine label which seem almost to be a part of the binding. The interior is again as new with, seemingly, no opening, bar my photographic efforts. Over seas customers please message me if you would prefer a direct mailing quote to your country. Sold by an independent and solo ex-bookshop owner, with around 50 years of experience, who takes pride in listing and researching every volume. Someone who does not consider books as mere square objects with printing inside, fixed only on selling in high quantities as quickly as possible, but one who takes deep interest not only in the book itself, but also, where possible, its history. (No "maybes" or "may not contain"s)! I am open to sensible offers on all my listings, and I am also happy to combine postage on multiple orders - please enquire before ordering. NB. even 1 grm over 2kgs doubles the cost . Over 5kgs best in 2 packages (if possible), o/w via Courier.
