The pictures are printed into the surface with a process called sublimation. It's not a decal or sticker - the inks "soak" into the special surface and are UV resistant. The colors are vibrant, long lasting and of excellent quality. These are NOVELTY license plates only and can not be used to replace a state issued one. When choosing your picture for the license plate, keep in mind that the shape is wide rather than tall. If you want the picture to fill the entire plate, it should be wide with a lot of space around the important subject. Also remember there are four holes to work around. It's better not to crop the picture, let us fit it the best way on the plate. An automatic confirmation of order email is sent from eBay shortly after payment, with the email address to send your picture/text and instructions. It can also be found on your PayPal receipt. The text you send will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it's exactly the way you want it - spelling, capitalization, punctuation, etc. In order to maintain our seller status, items must be shipped out the next business day after payment.
