They came from someone who was gifted a box of different types of fillers from someone working at a factory printing the German Fossil theme decks which was probably the Belgium Wotc location. It’s the exact barcode for the German Fossil theme deck display box which holds 4 Bodyguard and 4 Lockdown decks. The same seller was selling the German Bodyguard gold border fillers dated 8/14/2000 as well as other fillers like the black triangle, black circle, black border blank inside, and gold border blank inside. For some reason at this factory they seemed to be testing the black ink for the barcode using a Magic the Gathering border plate they probably had sitting around. Extremely rare and NM+ condition.
