Excellent clarity, aged vintage warm and woody tones with improved sustainability. These caps are better than Bumble Bee or Vitamin Q's. We have found no better cap. All wired using 50's wiring techniques with premium new components that perform better than the stock electronics found in today's guitars. You will hear and feel the difference. Optional modifications and cap value at no extra charge:If you prefer any of the below modifications / options add a note to your order when purchased Option: T2 tone bridge control wiring mod: Rear tone T2 control will affect the bridge pickup in addition to the middle. I personally prefer Bourns potentiometers over all other brands including CTS. I have found them to be smoother, longer lasting and the best audio taper. One of the highest rated guitar pots on the market.. Note: If you have an imported guitar (e.g. Japan, China, etc.) you may need to modify the potentiometer holes to 3/8 inch to accommodate the Bourns bushings.ith any questions. Although these harnesses are pre-assembled and tested they do require some soldering to connect the pick ups and output jack. A 30 – 40 watt soldering iron is recommended.
