SHIPPING Items in Istanbul ship via the Turkish Post Office PTT. PTT is a member of the Universal Postal Union UPU for worldwide delivery. PTT ships the item out in 2-4 days. Total delivery time depends on UPU's international delivery times, the receiving country's customs clearing, and post office processing times. As per PTT rules, all international shipments are to be sent tracked and usually require a sign-off at delivery, regardless of the value of the item. PTT is closed on weekends, so I only ship on weekdays. Items in Brooklyn ship via USPS, and we also ship on Saturdays. CUSTOMS I have to state the value and content on a PTT sticker and place it on allinternational packages.
