The 2X anamorphic adapter pairs the extremely sharp and hard to find Cinelux ES Black anamorphot with the Rapid Technology Front Variable Diopter FVD 16V-A. The Rapido Technology V clamp allows the lens to mount on support rods and couple to the taking lens. The Cinelux ES anamorphot can be used with any prime “taking lens” using a step-up ring from the lens’ fromt thread size up to 77mm. Full frame 35mm still photography lenses and cine lenses with focal lengths from 40mm -75mm may be used as the “taking lens, allowing you to shoot with the 2.40:1 aspect ratio in Super 35mm without any vignetting.
