USPS Ground Advantage Shipping For all thick stock cards or those valued at more than $20, USPS Ground Advantage shipping services will be used. The shipping charge will include postage, penny sleeve, top loader/card saver, team bag and bubble mailer. Combined Shipping I offer FREE combined shipping on all USPS Ground Advantage packages. For eBay standard envelope, each additional purchase (up to 9 total cards) will be added at no additional cost so long as the total value of the purchase does not exceed $20. If the total value or number of purchased cards is exceeded, then USPS Ground Shipping will be used. In both cases, if multiple orders have been submitted, I will refund any extra shipping paid and combine orders according to previously mentioned guidelines.
