Contrary to popular belief, these figures were not bootlegs and were officially licensed by Select. This particular figure was "Made in Japan", then imported to the U.S. and repackaged to compete with Hasbro's Transformers, Tonka's GoBots, and many others toys from the "transforming robot" boom of the 80s. There is a little bit of weathering and small superficial dents on the packaging, but for a toy that's over 40 years old, it's in amazing condition.
