Description: This is a wonderful little set of three antique Austrian made decorative porcelain plates celebrating different aspects of the 1893 Columbian Exposition World's Fair in Chicago, Illinois. The plates feature great images of the U.S. Government Building, Administration Building, and Machinery Hall. The plates have a diameter a bit over 7 inches. As noted, the condition overall is very good - the only issues we notes are a few stray marks here and there in the glaze, a bit of loss of edge gilding, and some very light cracking to the glaze material (not the porcelain) on the undersides.
