Return Policy Purchases made for diagnosing a problem, especially electrical, are not returnable. If you have installed any part, and it shows sign of wear or use, it’s not returnable. However, if your item is DOA, contact us within 3 days of receipt and we’ll replace it. We do allow returns within 14 days except for the aforementioned. All items must be unused, never been installed, and in its original packaging for an exchange or refund of your purchase price (minus restocking fee) & not including shipping. All returns are inspected and serial numbers matched if applicable. We place specific markings on our items to ensure they came from our warehouse. Please message us to obtain an RMA number before returning your item(s), even when utilizing the auto-return process in Ebay. ALL returns with an RMA are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
