On the reverse of the coin, shifted to the right, there is a relief image of the monument to V.I. Lenin with his hand outstretched forward, a sickle and a hammer are stylized in the background. To the left of the monument is a large star, and under it is the inscription "USSR". On the obverse and reverse of the coin there is a edging protruding along the circumference. Artist: I.S. Krylkov.
