Description: Wow! Gorgeous blue ombré and sea foam green layered and draped chiffon, top and bottom, are accented with chains, tassels, fringe, coins, and baubles in dramatic display. This inspired two piece burlesque belly dancing set, and two pair finger symbols, was handmade in the 1930s or 1940s with an eye on authenticity. Perfect for performance or party, this wonderful vintage costume will have you spinning! Good condition consistent with age and use. Scattered faint stains and areas of wear. Loose threads and bead loss, especially on brassiere (last photograph). One chiffon back panel has moderate tear. Padded top is approximately 32 inches long with elastic back and neck bands and will probably best fit 36 B. Skirt waist rests above hips and is 34 1/2 inches, and skirt measures 27 inches from waist to hem.
