To me, this vintage dress is in what I call excellent vintage condition which means lovingly worn, well taken care of and wear consistant with age. It is not new. I am guessing it is from the 80s with the huge shoulders and Talon zipper. I see no holes, stains, snags or serious signs or wear or repair.
