The front and back covers are in very good condition, with the exception of tiny scuffs at the corners. There are no stains or spots on the cover, the binding is intact, and the pages are clean and unmarked. It looks like this cookbook was barely used. The index at the back with the recipes is complete. There are two pages were the hole puches have ripped a bit, but the index pages are in fine condition, otherwise. The recipes may be a little dated, it's fun to have the same cookbook that my mom had starting out as a new wife in the 1950's.
