Description: There is some edge wear and discoloration on the covers. Has typical surface wear from old, v used book. The inside first and last page do have stains. There are a few pages here and there with some stains but overall most pages are clean (see pics of the worst to expect). Outside page edges have soiling from exposure. Pictures should give good idea of overall condition. It has a light musty odor. I am happy to send any additional pictures of areas you would like to see closer.
