Description: For sale is a vintage midcentury modern brass plated lamp base I believe the base metal (under the plating) is steel. It is magnetic. Base is 6 1/4" wide. Comes with original carboard to cover base. Height is close to 4" tall. Plateau at thetop of the base has a diameter of 2 5/8". The top is not plated. Hole on the side of the base for the cord.
