Vintage Bud Light Neon Beer Sign Bud Light Long Budweiser 1995

Description: Vintage Bud Light Neon Beer Sign Bud Light Long Budweiser 1995 The Bud Light Neon Sign is in good condition and lights up nicely. The “BUD LIGHT” lettering lights up in a very nice blue – The blue neon is not quite uniform across the lettering as some areas are a bit brighter than others – It is more noticeable in the pictures than when viewed in person. The blue in the pictures looks white, and the color in the reflection of the neon on the counter and tile are more representative of the actual blue color. Some of the black paint on the back half of the neon tubing has flaked off (the largest area of that is the “D” in “BUD”). The Beerman called this neon sign a “Bud Light Long”. We have not seen any similar signs on eBay to help us determine if that is an official name or just one he made up. The metal framing is in good shape, though there is some rust present along various sections of the frame and some of the screws. The transformer has a Franceformer metal tag on the side of it with a serial number of 10 95. Based on this, we believe this sign is from 1995. There is also a blue Underwriters Laboratories sticker on the top of the transformer. There is a pull chain on the left side of the transformer that will turn the sign on and off. We tested it a few times and it is working fine. There several small rubbery coverings on some of the metal bars, but not all are present. The power cord and plug (three prong) look to be in good shape. There are a couple of small “S” Hooks and chain pieces attached at the top of the metal bars, but the rest of the chain is missing. The “Bud Light” lettering is approximately 28 Inches across. The metal mounting bars are approximately 30.25 Inches Wide and the height of the two vertical metal bars is approximately 7.25 Inches High. We are listing this as Local Pickup only at this time. The sign is currently stored at another location, so we would need a day or so to retrieve it. We would also be available to meet for pickup at a mutually agreed upon location/date/time within a 30 minute or so drive of the 08243 Area Code. We would also be willing to travel a greater distance but would need some to ask for some reimbursement for gas and tolls. We do not know our plans for Winter2024 yet, but we could possibly work out a meeting date/time/place if are located near Lewes, Delaware, or along the I-95 from lower Virginia to Florida.
