This amazing piece is handmade by Flakon of the Czech Republic and features a beautiful cobalt blue bottle that is decorated with intricate gold filigree. The front of the bottle has a beautiful floral design and large flower with curling leaves decorated with electric blue and moonstone colored gems. The twist off top is covered with larger moonstone colored gems and has a perfect intact glass dauber wand. This bottle is in like new condition and is empty.
