This appears to be a Japanese / Asian import made to compete with Tama when they acquired Camco This particular drum has a veneer designed to look like Rosewood -- shell looks to be maple, but not entirely sure Drum does have snare beds, but the butt plate and throw-off was drilled one panel over. I'd recommend getting the bottom edge recut.
