Description: This is a very nice vinitage white and gold porcelain 11 piece demitasse tea set. It is a white with a tiny ribbed design and trimmed in gold. It has the teapot with lid, sugar bowl and creamer with lids and four demitasse cups and saucers. The set is in excellent condition with no cracks or crazing but one of the cups has a small chip on the rim (see last picture). The teapot is 7-3/8" high to top of knob on lid and 7" from end of spout to end of handle. The creamer is 4-1/2" high to top of knob on lid and 5" in diameter from handle to handles and the creamer is 5-1/4" high to top of knob on lid and 4-½" from end of spout to end of handle. The demitasse cups are 2-1/8" high and 2-3/4" in diameter across the tops and the saucers are 4-3/8" in diameter. The bottoms have a makers mark with a blue mark with a circle and a bird inside the circle. I do not know who that maker is.
