Description: Offered is this vintage handcrafted and hand-painted wooden "welcome" wall plaque. The piece has a heart-shaped bottom portion, a thin handle and a small heart-shaped top. It is decorated with a dark green raised dotted border, two hearts with rust-colored raised dot outlines and dark green, rust and white flowers and leaves, also in raised paint. The back of the piece is signed "Patsy 1986". The piece is approx. 12 3/4" long, about 5 7/8" across and approx. 3/4" thick. It is in excellent condition, with no damage to the paint or wood.
