This is a very rare Sherwood digital DTS processor ...these sold for $599 back in 1999 that would be over $1000 today ...overall this 1/2 din processor is in good condition ..all controls seem to work and adjust fine ...it was tested with the analog inputs and all outputs ...sound is crystal clear on all channels ...it makes a stereo system come alive .... The adjustment knob is not the original nor is the power harness ...
