Wagner (Titan Spraytech) 404 Plus Diaphragm Airless Paint Sprayer

Description: This is a super clean Wagner 404 Plus Diaphragm airless paint sprayer. Its powered by a 1/3 horsepower electric motor capable of producing 2500 psi and putting out .33 gallons per minute. The pump is equipped with a Titan HEA pressure gauge so that pressure can be regulated to precise psi to minimize overspray and produce a fine finish with various coatings. The pump also has an upgraded suction hose set with and upgraded screen filter that can pull paint from either 5 or 1 gallon pails. There is a 25 foot section of OEM Wagner airless 1/4 inch hose. The gun included is a Wagner G-9 that is very similar to the workhorse Wagner G-10 except that it has black accents. The gun is rated for up to 3600 psi and includes a live swivel and a filter in the handle. This gun actually came with the Wagner 11/16 diffuser but I fitted it with a Bedford 11/16 to 7/8 diffuser adapter so it will take all the common 7/8 tip guards and reversible tips. It currently has a Low Pressure Fine Finish 413 reversible tip in it. The gun is actually brand new and never been used. So if you are looking for a spray set up similar to the Titan ED655(about $1000) but for less money here you go. You can spray most coatings unreduced, achieve a fine finish, minimize overspray and maximize productivity with this rig. This would be a very effective tool in applying some of the newer Technology 1k and 2k water based urethanes and lacquers both from Europe and America without having to reduce them.
