The knob sets the time when pulled and rotated; otherwise the knob winds the clock when rotated clockwise. The clock works when wound and seems to keep time,the accuracy has been confirmed. It has an aluminum case measuring 2 3/8 inches square and the round clock face measures 2 1/4 inches diameter.
