Remove screws that hold the metal bottom plate and spring housing. You do not need to remove the screws that hold the 3-hole base plate. 2. Place the wedge on top of the 3-hole base plate. Ensure that the thicker side of wedge is on the inner side of shoe. Place the spring housing and metal bottom plate on top of the wedge. 3. Use the supplied 14mm screws on the thicker side and 12mm screws on the thin side. If using other types of shims, such as leg length discrepancy shim, you may need to obtain a compatible screws to accommodate the extra layer of shim.
