If put on a tumbler, the item should be hand washed only and not left to soak in water. HOW TO APPLY:1. Clean your application surface thoroughly. 2. Take a plastic card and squeegee the overlay layer down. Just to be sure it is adhered.3. Pull overlay layer back slowly and decal will cling to it.4. Place decal where you want car, windows, wall, laptop, etc5. Squeegee decal down with the card once again. Apply moderate pressure.6. Slowly pull back overlay from a corner. Done!
