Description: XL-12 High Power Acid Cleaner Removes rust & oxidation 1 Gallon A powerful blend of acids formulated to remove rust stains from concrete, fiberglass, stone, tile as well as brass. Removes rust, welding scale, heat marks, light oil and shop soil from carbon steel and iron. It is also effective for removing light oxide and tarnish from brass, copper, or copper alloys (brass, bronze). It produces a hard thin surface conditioning on steel that serves as an excellent base for paint or other organic coatings. May also be used to remove rust from fiberglass boat hulls and decks; will not harm gel coat. pH 1.0 Use dilution: straight to 40 oz/gl. Directions Surface should be prepared by removing loose rust and scale with a wire brush. Apply full strength or diluted with up to three parts of water. Apply with an acid-resistant brush, sprayer, sponge, or rag. Allow sufficient time for solution to react. Rinse with clear, cold water and dry. For dip tank application, use plastic lined or rubber lined tanks. Return Policies When we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you minus the 15% restocking fee.
