It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the y-fold seals on top and bottom and Sony UPC strip on top. This game is in near-mint condition. There are no tears in the wrap and no loose discs. There is a light line mark in front (can't tell if it's just on the wrap or on the case too). This game is very rare so don't miss out! Please see the pictures for details.
